TERMS Refund Policy for Individual Website Sales: All books sold by TrueBooks.com are top quality, professionally written, bound and published books. All are brand NEW, and individually SHRINK WRAPPED.  If you are unhappy with a book, you may return it in 10 days for a refund, as long as the shrinkwrap is not broken, the book not opened, not read, and not used. Please keep in mind we sell top notch books close to wholesale, direct to the public, with minimal mark up. So we cannot "take back" used and open books, unlike other larger Booksellers, who put higher profit on their books to cover used returns. We do not sell used books, so all used returns are a total loss to us. All books are fully and accurately represented on this website, and are exactly as described -- hence the details on this site are your preview. If we were to take back used books, we would be forced to increase the markup on all books, which means that ALL customers would pay higher costs. If a book is damaged in shipping (or in rare cases, defective in binding) -- of course we will replace it with another copy, free of charge. We try to give the best satisfaction in ways that give ALL customers the best quality for the least cost -- another earmark of the value you get by shopping at TrueBooks.com. Refund policies for volume distributors are similar to above. Write us for details.   Bookseller Purchasing: Please make all initial purchases using our Website and Secure Server ordering, as it is so fast and efficient. When you are satisfied that you can sell our books in volume, submit a volume order direct to ordering at our website truebooks.com and tell us your Bookseller name, location, and specify your preferred payment options. We will send a return e-mail specifying your discount (which, keep in mind, always depends on the volume, not who is buying from us). At that point you have the option of us applying the payment through Virtual Check, or prepaying the order. Distributors please note that all our books are individually shrink wrapped, consequently, there are no returns on any opened books. If the original shrink wrap is unbroken, and we can take the books back as new within 10 days, a refund will be applied. We've never found this to be a problem. Our books sell so fast and furiously, if you showcase them well, the last thing you will have to worry about is returning them! 	Distributor Purchasing: We get so many requests from book distributors, especially the largest on the Internet, to set up a special account with them where they get 90 days terms, and a 40% discount off our selling price. We simply cannot do this. All our books are already discounted about 25% direct to the customer, and the only additional discount we can give anybody is with a volume order. So if you want to order our books one at a time, as your customers order them from you (which we feel is extremely myopic), then you will just have to order them via the Secure Server, like everyone else does. If you cannot pay by card, send us an e-mail to ordering at our website truebooks.com and note that you are a Distributor, and your preferred payment option. We will e-mail back with a volume discount price, and you then have the option of paying Virtual Check, prepaying, or paying more for net 15 terms (which is the longest we can give). Depending on the volume you order, your discount should still make it profitable for you to sell our books at less than Publisher's list price -- but remember, it all depends on the volume. Note too that all of our books are of exceptionally high quality, are glossy soft covered, perfect bound, and come already shrink wrapped -- for yours and our safety. Hence there are no returns on the volume you order. But just look at the titles! You need do no more than showcase these books on your websites or on book shelves, and they will sell like hot cakes!  We find there is a tremendous demand for our books, because people throughout the U.S. and world are hungry for these types of books that reveal all, are intelligent and well balanced, and give people the chance to do productive things for themselves, their country and their future!
